Q: How do I make a purchase?
A: You can make a purchase one of two ways.
    1. (Faster) Use Google Checkout by selecting items throughout the site and submitting your order in the shopping cart in the upper right corner.
    2. (Slower) Click here to submit the manual purchase form and pay check by mail. After submitting the form you will receive an email with further instruction on how to pay. Checks must clear before the order will be processed.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: This varies depending on where you live and the number of prints ordered. Average shipping is around $11 per order for about 3 to 5 20x30's.
Right now, our printer has hand very little luck shipping large prints flat cheaply (Gallery Wrapped Canvas Prints). The only way to get them to you safely was to ship them in a box that was 4" large on all dimension, with the prints sandwiched between a 1/2 piece of foamcore and corrugated cardboard. Due to the size of the box, both DHL & UPS charge oversize charges and the cost got out of hand. S&H on 20x30 shipped flat start around $24.95.

Q: What if my shipment is damaged?
A: Please contact us immediately using this form, and let us know. We will put in a claim with the carrier that delivered them to you, and we will get a new set of prints out to you ASAP. Do NOT call UPS or DHL directly, we need to call them, as we are the shipper.

Q: When will I get my order?
A: This varies depending on where you live and the type of prints ordered. Shipping times are set by the carrier (tracking information will be provided to you). However, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days depending on how many orders we have coming in.

Q: How are my prints shipped?
A: Your prints are rolled around a 2.5" diamete tube, then bubble wrapped and inserted into a 4" diamete tube with 1/4" thick walls.
